Vítek has spent his entire career helping companies, from startups to corporations, find their way to the imaginary Everest. His story began in sales and marketing positions, working in management of companies such as DELL, Telefónica O2 and other technology and B2B companies. He then spent a number of years in the startup and VC world, co-founded the startup incubator and investment fund UP21, has a strong personal network within CEE and Silicon Valley, and can very effectively connect corporates with startups and innovation and vice versa.

He founded Unicorn Attacks with the motto "Don't die stupid!" so that startups don't kill the unicorn inside them with unnecessary mistakes. He will help you find the right business, investment, sales and marketing as well as HR strategy in a very practical way. With hundreds of companies and projects he has managed or consulted, Vítek will recognize what your biggest weapon is and won't be afraid to use it.

Milan is a technology expert who will ask you from the start why you are building your technology, how you are building it, how scalable it is, and what you will do when... Your project will very likely use an innovative technology or combination of technologies, and once "Pony" hears Blockchain, AI, CRM integration, Cloud infrastructure, Cybersecurity, and similar terms, he will start asking questions. A lot.

He has experience as CTO and COO of startups and larger companies, having spent a significant part of his career at DELL in marketing and sales enterprise roles and then as CTO of the incubator and investment fund UP21, where he consulted with dozens of tech startups. He will help find not the most perfect, nor the fastest, nor the cheapest technology path - but the logical and right one for the current need and for future scaling.

Martin is a financier. He's also a visionary and a pioneer in digital transformation who is not afraid to roll up his sleeves and work with promising projects to create a meaningful financial plan. He is a co-owner of Unicorn Attacks and has been actively involved in the startup world for a long time. Within the banking sector, he founded the corporate VC fund Seed Starter, which is successfully expanding within the Erste Group, and as co-founder of BankID, he has significantly advanced the digitization of services in the Czech Republic.

He has seen loads of financial plans of innovative companies. If there's an inconsistency in the financial chart, rest assured it will be brought to your attention. In addition to finance, he gets "under the skin" of companies in the areas of strategy and management, product development and management. With Martin on the team, companies are leaps and bounds more financially experienced - both in fundraising and in managing growth, investment and cash flow. Martin helps to extend the runway.
